Who pays return or exchange shipping?

The customer pays return shipping, exchange shipping, reshipment fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and courier fees unless we confirm in writing that the issue was caused by our verified mistake.

Can opened products be returned?

Opened, used, damaged, sterile, injectable, medical, cosmetic, skincare, temperature-sensitive, clearance, promotional, or special-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Who is responsible for customs?

The customer is responsible for checking local import rules and paying all customs duties, taxes, storage fees, brokerage fees, and related charges.
