Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed only after an approved return is received and inspected, or after we confirm that a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times, card network delays, exchange-rate changes, and payment provider fees are outside our control.

Shipping fees, return shipping fees, exchange shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, courier fees, payment processing fees, and handling costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.

We may refuse or reduce a refund if the item is opened, used, damaged, missing packaging, returned late, returned without authorization, or otherwise not in resaleable condition.
