Return and Exchange Policy
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and protective materials intact.
For hygiene, safety, storage, and quality-control reasons, opened, used, damaged, temperature-sensitive, sterile, injectable, medical, cosmetic, skincare, clearance, promotional, or special-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Customers must contact us and receive written approval before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return shipping costs, exchange shipping costs, reshipment costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, courier fees, and payment processing fees are the customer's responsibility unless the issue was clearly caused by our verified shipping mistake.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the refund may be reduced by shipping costs, payment fees, handling costs, discounts, and any loss in product value.
Customers are responsible for safely packing returned items and using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, damaged, seized, or rejected in transit.
