Orders are processed after payment confirmation and required order checks are completed. Processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, customs issues, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges caused by the destination country, courier, or customer-provided information.
Any customs duties, import taxes, storage fees, return shipping fees, reshipment fees, or local charges are the customer's responsibility unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing.
If a shipment is returned because of refusal, unpaid customs charges, failed delivery, restricted import, or an incorrect address, any refund or reshipment may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, courier charges, payment fees, and other costs incurred.
